A considerable number of families in rural areas have little to no access to livelihood opportunities. We work to bridge the gap through Uras na Para Busog Program. The makabagong at epektibong Sistema sa Pagsulong sa Uras na Para Busog ka program otherwise known as URBAN-RURAL ACCESS to SECURITY hopes to contribute to enhancing livelihood and economic opportunities in Agriculture Sector through Optimization of New Technology and Innovative Solutions.

The program, URAS, is being brought to us by UEEI Consorcia, Inc, in close partnership with BUSOG to improve productivity and competitiveness of Agriculture sector by capacitating target communities to promote better utilization and optimization of value and supply chain in Agriculture.

The urban partnered with the rural to fight malnutrition and poverty in very family. The urban will request the food requirement in which the rural farmers will plant. With this program there will a food basket for every hungry urban family and a livelihood for every family.​ The food basket are given to the urban through the BUSOG Program and CT Pass System using the DOIE Marketplace. The BUSOG system payment for the urban can be find where ATM is accessible while online transaction by areas were wireless internet is available

Application of new technology and innovative solutions will be integrated in order to increase yield, reduce production cost, stabilize supply, and ensure high nutritional values of their products. Optimization of value chain likewise enable job generation and income diversification that would improve their socio-economic condition. This would enable communities to have purchasing power which would allow them to become key movers in creating a tornado economy.
