Bilang pagkilala sa natatanging kontribusyon ng mga uniformed personnel sa lahat ng hamon na kinakaharap ng bansa, makakatanggap sila ng rice assistance.

Ipapamahagi ito sa December 2024 hanggang March 2025 sa mga warehouse ng NFA.

Ayon sa DBM, hindi lamang mga unipormadong tauhan ang matutulungan nito kundi ang mga lokal na magsasaka.

Ang AO No. 26 ay sakop dito ang AFP, PNP, BFP, BJMP, Philippine Public Safety College, BUCOR, PCG, at National Mapping and Resource Information Authority.
