Magagamit na ang P600M na pinahiram ng Landbank sa pribadong sektor para sa pagbubukas ng palm oil refinery, kauna-unahan sa SOCCSKSARGEN.
Ang bagong GARECO refinery ay may 63 magsasaka at may 3,065 ektarya na taniman ng palm trees.
Nakakapag-produce ito ng palm olein, palm stearin, margarine, at iba pang produkto para sa local at international market.
